The service

Archeana Field is provided by P Felix Malayappa (an individual), Royal Embassy, VS Acharya Road, Vidyaratna Nagar, Manipal, District Udupi, Karnataka, India 576 104, trading as Archeana Field, part of Archeana Research ("we"). It helps field sales reps capture leads, keep a daily follow-up queue and prepare drafts. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy notice. You must be 18 or over.

Nothing is sent for you

Field and Magnet prepare drafts. You read them, edit them and send them yourself, from your own phone, email or WhatsApp. You must respect Do-Not-Disturb rules, the policies of WhatsApp and your telecom provider, and anti-spam law.

Plans

• Free: up to 100 leads and 10 AI actions a day. No Magnet assessments or drafts.
• Field: INR 1,999 per month. Unlimited leads, 150 AI actions a day and all Magnet features, including nurture batches.

An access code may give the paid plan for the period set on that code.

Payment

You pay by UPI or bank transfer in advance, for 1, 3 or 12 months at the monthly price. We switch the plan on after we see the payment. The plan runs to the end of the paid period plus a grace period of 3 days, then your account returns to Free. Your data is kept and the paid features pause. No GST is charged while we are not registered for GST. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

Referrals

If someone you referred pays for the Field plan for the first time, we pay you a referral bonus of INR 500, once for that person. You cannot refer yourself. We decide any dispute about a referral.

Acceptable use

• Only store people's details if you have a lawful reason to hold and contact them.
• Do not use Field to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break the law.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to access another person's account.

AI output

Magnet and the scanner use AI. Output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking it and for anything you send. A priority or recommendation is a suggestion and not a prediction of any result.

Nurture batches

You choose whether to approve a batch. When you approve one you confirm that you have a lawful basis to contact those people. The decision and the responsibility are yours. Approval releases contacts to Magnet's follow-up drafting only; nothing is sent.

Our liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending

You can stop using Field and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udupi, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Please write to research@archeana.com first so we can try to settle a problem.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will give notice in the app or by email, and update the version on this page.
